Responsibilities:
- Conduct administrative and operational tasks of the Centre
- Provide quality customer service through understanding of customers’ queries and needs
- Ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timeframe
- Reporting of student enrolment, assessments and withdrawal to HQ
- Ensure student management system is updated on a timely basis for all student movements
- Assist customers on payment related matters and actively monitor/chase for outstanding payments
- Manage the petty cash float kept in the Centre
- Safeguard the safety and welfare of our students
- Ensure the cleanliness of the Centre is well maintained
- Ensure that student resources, stationery and merchandise are well stocked in the Centre
- Any other ad hoc duties
Experience and qualifications:
- GCE ʻNʼ/'O' Level / NITEC or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferably from Education, Retail, Airlines or any other customer centric industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP software
