Responsibilites:
Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of projects by the site teams and contractors at all times. Identify problems and recommend areas for improvement.
Assist in tendering for new consultancy projects.
Coordinate closely with in-house Designer, QS team and manufacturing team.
Work closely with contractor, sub-contractor and building management.
Any other related duties as assigned from time to time.
Candidate must hardworking and able to work independently and under pressure.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore commercial interior design environment
Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
Handling of Project independently from Inception through Completion
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max/Viz and Adobe Photoshop
Good knowledge of space planning, construction drawings and implement them
Reliable, responsible and willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges
