THE ROLE
The Senior/Account Manager is responsible for prospecting new businesses and maintaining strong business relationships with existing clients and business partners.
This person will support the Business Director and the Creative Director in developing ideas and proposals and follow through with the entire project with the client and project manager. It is vital for the person to also wear a strategist hat in developing clients' solutions.
As we are a small agency, you’ll also sometimes project manage certain aspects yourself.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop event proposals → Active involvement in the pitch process and delivery.
- Assist with creative problem-solving
- Lead client relationships
- Develop a project plan to execute event activation
- Maintain accurate project calendars and project records
- Develop cost proposals and responsible project reconciliation
- Select partners from various disciplines to piece up any experiential items/deliverables.
- Support projects onsite as needed
- Production: Vendor, Talents, Venue, Prints, and other production tasks that are related to the awarded project.
- Operation: Scheduling, Briefing packs, Resource management and other operations that are related to the awarded project.
- Agency marketing: Support the Business Director with the agency marketing efforts.
- e.g. Create social media posts for all the event/activation/bts shoots and post it on the agency's social media. (Instagram & LinkedIn)
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of work experience in event management, creative agencies or marketing communication agencies
- Client management experience
- Project management skills with experience in brand activation, festivals, experiential and production management
- Experience in managing people and processes in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Experience working with lifestyle brands
- Interest and knowledge in experiential marketing, festivals, and industry trends (AV / VR / AR)
