Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
- Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct take-offs and measure quantities accurately.
- Review and analyze subcontractor tenders.
- Manage variations and prepare variation orders.
- Compile and maintain project documentation.
- Assist in the procurement process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience as QS; Applicants with higher years of experience may be considered for Senior position.
- Have proven experience in project Quantity Surveying and can successfully manage tasks independently.
