• Resolving technical difficulties and other problems that may raise.
• Assist in overseeing the project, planning, and ensuring the timely completion of the project.
• To provide after-sale services and support with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the technical post sales of IoT services lead deals by our sales, solutions, and product team.
• Perform site visits, site guidance, systems testing & commissioning.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with teams.
• Other duties as directed by the Manager.

Requirements:

1. Basic Electrical & Electronic Knowledge
2. Basic Computer knowledge
3. Min. Qualification ITE/ Poly Diploma
4. Training Provided
5. Knowlegde in BMS will be an advantage

• Stimulate revenue growth and improve sales through planning and developing effective sales.
• Prepare presentations and developed solutions for potential markets, including Interior Designers, Developers and Architects.
• Create, negotiate, and close agreements.
• Sustain business growth and maintain close relationship with clients and partners.
• Perform site visits.
• Perform in-depth competitive analysis, in particular major competitors’ offers and solutions.
