We are seeking experienced engineers to join our Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) team!
The role will involve:
- Conversant in design of M&E Systems.
- Project management during all stages of a projects: Feasibility & Budgetary Planning, Concept, Schematic, Detail Design, Authority Submissions, Tender, Construction, Testing & Commissioning, Defects Liability Period.
- Provide leadership to a small team of engineers.
- Ensure all engineering works and calculations are carried out in compliance with all relevant statutory standards, regulations and Code of Practices.
- Review shop drawings, installation method statements and product samples submitted by contractors.
- Effective communication with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Approving Authorities and all relevant stakeholders to ensure the project is monitored and executed successfully till its completion.
- Assist in site inspection to ensure compliance to design, specifications and authority requirements.
The prospective candidates are expected to have:
- Degree/Masters in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Building Services preferably from a University recognised by Professional Engineers Board in Singapore or Malaysia.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferably in engineering consultancy.
