Job Description
* Manage and oversee daily operations of all outlets.
* Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations for factory and outlets
* Update records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
* Develop optimum operational plans for outlet
* Utilize and plan labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality of service.
* Ensure that all staff provide and delivery service with standard. Handle any dispute with any customer or staff issues which arise during operation hours.
* Create and maintain Standard Operations and Procedures (SOP) for the F&B business, including F&B administration and food safety and hygiene practices.
* Handle and oversee staff record, monthly salary calculation
*Liaise and engage with Marketing to find the right promotions and activities for the restaurant
*Delivers effective training programs that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control
*Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, supervising, and inspiring the team to perform at their best.
Requirements
*Candidates with some HR background is highly advantageous.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Adept at analyzing and solving complex operational problems.
* Leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and manage teams.
* Prior experience working in a startup business environment.
