JOB SCOPE:

• Supervise a team of warehouse specialists in daily distribution centre operations like receiving, putaway, picking, packing, kitting, etc.
• Organize and maintain discipline in operational processes.
• Optimize manpower resources, provide training and promote positive work culture.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with other departments to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement process changes and work practices in partnership with technology team.
• Conduct regular staff meeting with team leaders and ground staff as part of communications matrix.
• Confer and coordinate activities and resources with other supervisors
• Work independently with minimal supervision and with a sense of urgency

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum PSLE, CGE ‘O’ Level/SPM or above
• Must possess forklift license and reach truck experience
• Highly effective supervisory skills and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum three (3) year experience in warehousing / logistics environment

Working schedule: Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturday (5.5 days work week).

Job Description

· Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain warehouse / transport / office equipment and facilities. e.g., forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks etc

· Perform installation and modification of warehouse rackings and shelvings

· Install LAN network, lightings, CCTV, and other electrical equipments

· To perform on-site installation of fixtures for business projects

· Sourcing and procurement of machine or equipment’s spare parts

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in related fields.

· Recognized Technical Qualification for Electrical/Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering, Diploma or equivalent

· Self-discipline, self-responsibility, and sincerity is important

· Must possess Class 3 Driver License.
