1. Plan, Organise and Manage activities and feedback crucial matters from projects.
2. Carry out engineering design/drawings related to their disciplines.
3. Review design and drawings prepared by subordinates.
4. Review and understand drawings submitted by contractors or Vendors.
5. Provide Technical support to non operations department.

Requirements:

1. A Recognized engineering degree with atleast 2 years work experience.
2. Posses good interpersonal and communication skill.
3. Proficient in MS office suite, AUTOCAD and related industrial software applications.
4. Good analytical & Problem solving.

Responsibilities:-

• Assist project engineer/manager in the execution of projects
• Lead a team of operation members to perform onsite services of sustainability projects
• Lead and allocate available resources effectively through proper planning & scheduling to meet dateline
• Ensure all necessary materials and tools arrive at job site
• Conduct risk assessment and ensure onsite safety of team members and overall operations in accordance to workplace regulations
• Ensure technical activities are carried out on site as planned
• Identify and solve technical problems
• Provide updated weekly/monthly project progress report
• Perform routine maintenance

Requirements:-

• 3 - 6 years' experience in handling project works
• Familiar with hand tools and basic construction techniques
• Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to adapt well to changing circumstances and direction

• To plan, develop and organize the construction activities as per the Project / SDM schedule.
• Site Management, Plant maintenance services, Turn around & Execution.
• Planning, Scheduling, Resource control and Budgeting.
• Co-ordination with consultant/PE & Clients for Issue & Approval of all Deliverables.
• Method Statement & Procedure Preparation
• To comply QA / QC standard.
• Liaison with Client for approval of job completed Time sheet & extra works.
• Cost control and Prepare & Verification of Lifting plans, MS/RA and Procedures for removal and installation works
• for specific activities.
• Prepare safety report and Ensuring Safe Work Practice are in place before commencing works.
• To ensure the quality standards as per approved plan.
• To oversee the project document preparation and timely submission.
• Co-ordination with clients
• Worksite location (Mainland or Jurong Island)

• Ensure vehicle is inspected regularly.
• Ensure proper maintenance of company vehicle
• Ensure company delivery guidelines and service standards are met
• Ensure traffic rules and regulations are observed
• Attend to Project Site enquiries when required
• Documentations by completing travel logs, OT hrs & maintenance records.

• Required class 4 lorry driver with good driving record to deliver concrete to the customers all over Singapore.
• To make sure that the concrete are deliver safely from one point to another.
• Must be physically fit and able to work independently with customer satisfaction.
• Must have experience in concrete lorry driving experience.
