Your assignment

• You will be based in Singapore and are responsible for achieving maximum sales growth and profitability in the online channels, while taking care of the IKEA product range and our commercial priorities within the framework of the IKEA Concept and brand values.
• You do this by merchandising the IKEA website & Shopping App most optimally, coordinating & aligning content to the commercial calendar, converting online traffic to sales, understanding local consumers’ life at home & shopping behaviour, exploring avenues for repeat purchases & engagements, securing a seamless online shopping experience, and aligning it with the customers’ user journey on the IKEA website & Shopping App.

Your assignment

• You're responsible for maintaining the IKEA website and mobile applications by coordinating ongoing content changes, search optimisation, securing information accuracy and consistency and ensuring that changes are made on time; all this to ensure that it is maintained in the top condition every day.
• You will ensure that all live content is built to brand guidelines, reflects the IKEA brand values, copy and visual identity, tone of voice and quality standards and through this contribute to an optimal digital consumer decision journey.
• Support and take full ownership of planning, execution and project management for web content projects and campaigns in the Commercial Calendar.
• Work in close relationship with the Web Merchandiser(s) to secure commerciality online.
