We want to fill this position with a proactive enthusiast who can support the growth of IKEA through development of tools, solutions, and planning models to develop business performance management capabilities, together with the team.

Your assignment

• To analyse, design, develop, maintain, and administer integrated plans and models, within and including the integrated planning solutions and tools, including preparation of technical documentation, user guides and training materials.
• To answer queries from end users relating to the integrated planning tool and models.
• To support the Business Navigation team in the capture, delivery, and prioritisation of planning, forecasting and simulation needs.
• To support with the driving of an integrated planning culture across the business, through use of this single source of truth on budgets, forecasts and plans for streamlining simulations, business steering, follow ups and management reports.
• Support on financial and commercial analytics or other relevant topics and analysis.

Your profile

• Experience with developing Planning Analytics / TM1 or similar OLAP / Functional databases solutions, broad understanding of data analytics, having worked for any part of the analytics cycle, with at least 3 years’ experience.
• Fundamental understanding of financial concepts and the core purpose of integrated planning across functions including designing data capture templates and workflows.
• Exposure to working on various planning models in financial, retail, logistics, human resources, as well as fundamental understanding of digital technology and computer science concepts would be an added advantage.
• Strong interest and passion in business navigation & analytics, with a hint of love for IKEA and Home Furnishing and our culture and values.
