Process orders from customers and prepare shipping documents
Attend to customers' enquiries, concerns and issues on freight services
Arrange customs clearance and declare permits
Handle data entry tasks.
Manage incoming calls, faxes, and email enquiries.
Oversee claims processing, and issue purchase orders and work orders.
Support the sales team with proposal development and contract management
Issue tax invoices/credit/delivery notes.
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone and e-mails.
Confirm delivery dates with customers for their purchase orders.
