Through experiential training, hands-on projects and coaching opportunities, our Management Trainees have the opportunity to develop their professional competencies and also discover their evolutionary purpose. They will undergo 4 rotations in 3 of our dynamic and fast-paced business arms.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good university degree or postgraduate degree
- Demonstrated leadership experience and skills through extra-curricular activities
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- High entrepreneurial and professional drive, with demonstrated interest in investing through coursework or previous internships
- Demonstrates creative and critical thinking with a strong interest in financial markets
- Displays an investment mindset by having an intuitive feel for the market, crafting insightful hypothesis and conduct in-depth analysis
- Displays stewardship through effective and efficient use of resources to maximise team and business results with accountability.
