This is an exciting opportunity join the Brand Guidance domain in Insights Division, Kantar Singapore. You will be working with a team of hardworking brand builders to build meaningful impact on our client’s businesses. You will be supporting the team to ensure efficient delivery of Brand Growth Programs and connecting various data sources to deliver meaningful insights and stories. As a key interface between Kantar and our clients, the role includes client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, driving preparation of presentations and reports.
You will be a mini team leader, where you will be responsible for the growth of one to two team members who will support your operational excellence. You will get to hone your leadership skills by learning how to elevate the skills of your team members, handle resources effectively and develop the careers of your line reports.

The Role:
Project & Account Management
- Work together with junior team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of questionnaires, scripts, fieldwork, data & chart provision, and dashboard publications.
- Responsible for accurate data and analyses, crafts reports and presentations to ensure deliverables meet client/seniors needs.
- Pre-empting and advancing operational challenges to Team Leader to eliminate delay in client deliverables.
- Foster good relationships with onshore and offshore teams and provide constructive feedback to improve speed of delivery.
Analysis and Insights Expertise
- Apply accurate sample design, questionnaire design, data spec and chart spec principles to deliver against client’s briefs.
- Accurate analysis of data to formulate hypotheses to build relevant and impactful stories.
- Understand data from various sources (e.g. sales data, media spend data)
- Demonstrate knowledge of Kantar’s brand philosophies and apply these appropriately to the design & analysis.
- Find opportunities to deepen insights for clients using further analysis including case studies and meta takeaways as appropriate
Client Management and Consultancy
- Demonstrate confidence when interacting with clients
- Support the team lead in developing strong relationships with clients by understanding your clients’ business objectives
- Contribute to client discussions at briefings, regular project meetings and presentations
- Present confidently and impactfully in client presentations
People Management (Good to have, but not a must)
- Develop a team of one to two members by effectively delegating tasks
- Participate in the training of more junior team members as appropriate
- Support Team Lead in completing all Performance Appraisals for your team by providing comprehensive feedback on their performance
Key relationships:
Your Business Unit Leader: Client Partner/ Director/ Senior Consultant
- They will be responsible for developing your research and brand competence to support client consultations and team development. In turn, you are accountable for delighting clients and contributing to account profitability through excellence in operations and insights delivery.
Your Domain Leader: Head of Brand Guidance:
- The Domain leader will support you in understanding and implementing the Kantar offer, frameworks and protocols to reflect the best of our expertise. You will be responsible for staying connected to the internal teams on your accounts and ensure our projects reflect the best client & domain practices globally.
Your Team: Analysts and Associates
- Effectively distribute tasks and responsibilities, while supporting any obstacles in project execution with project management teams. Lead the growth of juniors your team through regular career conversations with support from your Business Unit Leader.
Your Clients: Insights and Marketing teams at client organizations
- Discover and understand the client’s brand & business challenges, and deliver compelling data stories to help their brands achieve financial growth
