Are you an experienced professional who thrives in food production and operations management? We’re looking for a Production Assistant Manager to oversee production, quality control, purchasing, and compliance at our ice cream and bakery production factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CK Manager in managing day-to-day operations.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products meet our high standards.
- Manage purchasing and inventory of raw materials to optimize costs and ensure availability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP, and other relevant standards.
- Monitor production schedules and workflows to meet delivery targets.
- Analyze production and quality data, recommending improvements.
- Conduct training to uphold food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Experience in food manufacturing, including quality control and purchasing.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.
