Responsibilities
Operational Strategy
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the corporate development team to align operations with the company’s growth plans and brand positioning.
Team Building and Management
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure exceptional customer service and uphold the highest standards of quality.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.
- Manage staffing levels, recruit, train, and retain talented cafe managers and staff.
- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, inventory, and equipment, to meet operational requirements.
Quality Control and Compliance
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to operational standards, including product quality, cleanliness, and brand consistency.
- Continuously refine and improve current SOP to ensure high-quality standards for food, beverages, and customer service across all cafes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Customer Experience
- Foster a customer-centric culture among cafe staff, emphasizing exceptional service and personalized experiences.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
Financial Management
- Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets for cafe operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry, with a focus on managing multiple locations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
