Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Global and Chinese Markets)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives across global platforms with a focus on the Chinese market. This hands-on role is ideal for a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, who possesses an in-depth understanding of both global platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and Twitter, as well as knowledge on Chinese platforms (to manage in market resources). The role involves strategizing, executing, and managing digital advertising campaigns, measuring performance, and delivering insightful reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that cater to domestic, regional and global audiences.
- Hands-on management of digital advertising campaigns, from setup to execution, on platforms including but not limited to Baidu, WeChat, Weibo, as well as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across all platforms, making data-driven decisions to optimize return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide detailed reporting on campaign performances, offering insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, with a particular focus on the evolving landscape of the Chinese digital market.
- Navigate and utilize user dashboards effectively across various platforms for campaign setup, targeting, and optimization within each platform and GA4.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and the integration of digital marketing strategies with broader marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing management role, including experience with the Chinese digital market.
- Proficiency in management on Chinese digital platforms such as Baidu, WeChat, and Weibo, as well as global platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, experienced in utilizing analytics tools for performance measurement and reporting.
- Deep understanding of social and digital, website metrics, and digital marketing best practices.
- Proven ability to work and perform independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
