We're looking for an aggressive, high-energy, and result-driven business developer, who has 2-3 years of experience at Saas company, and enjoys challenges and growth in a fast-moving environment. You will work closely with the team and restaurant partners, to drive revenue and maximize the value to your restaurant partners!
The opportunity:
Seeking a candidate with experience in closing deals, energetic and having the hunter mentality to achieve targets and exceed expectations given to them. This position will be based in Singapore. The key focus of this role is to build the market and position the company to achieve financial growth, increase merchant base, implementation of accounts and be part of our growing team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and mentor the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with high-end restaurants, hotel groups, and hospitality chains
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry
- Utilize Salesforce to manage client relationships and track sales activities
- Create and analyze reports and dashboards in Salesforce to gain insights into business performance and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation
- Analyze market trends and provide competitive intelligence to inform product development
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Skills and Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in restaurant technology or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experienced in data-driven decision making and performance analysis
- Strong network within the hospitality industry in APAC
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
- In-depth understanding of the restaurant industry's challenges and needs
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region
