Role Description

• Develop AI features that encompasses Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision and Data Analytics.
• Lead software applications development, architecture design, installation and implementation of projects.
• Enhance existing product designs.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to explore business requirements and react quickly to customer feedback.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest AI, web and tech trends and have a keen interest in the latest developments in such technologies.

Qualifications

• Possess Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong working knowledge in Java and Spring Framework.
• Working knowledge in ReactJs/NextJS.
• Must familiar with Java, Spring Framework, Springboot, PostgreSQL, Bash Scripting.
• Working knowledge in AWS, GCP cloud services and environment.
• Experiences in contact centre environment, VOIP (Asterisk), Social Media Chatbot (WhatsApp, Facebook, WeChat, etc.) will be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a pro-active attitude towards customers and good working attitude.
• Strong in technical analytical problem resolution skills.
• Familiar with Windows and Linux environment.
