The Education Consultant serves as the point of contact between Inspiration Learning Hub and prospective customers. The incumbent identifies and educates prospective customers on the Company’s course curriculum and supports customers by providing information and assistance.

Main Duties:

1. Man the office reception daily and attend to walk-in customers or students. Promote our courses, and lesson packages to prospective customers, if any.

2. Assist the Marketing Manager and Academic Head with new students who come for Interview and entry assessment. Update students' records in the ERP system for enrolment.

3. Communicate, collate, and review feedback from teachers to parents or students.

4. Maintain and update staff records. Key in student attendance for part-time and freelance teachers.

5. Tally with the Marketing Manager on the overall student attendance at the end of every month.

6. Scanning new resources into One-drive and assisting the management in maintaining them.

Salary:

• Attractive starting full-time salary from $2,500 - $3,200 / Month + CPF (Depending on Qualifications & Work Experience)
• Attractive year-end bonus**

Job Specification:

• Possess at least an O Level certificate, or diploma in any field or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.

The Position: We’re looking for a full-time, contract or part-time Teacher. Our pay range is from $3800 to $5000.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare lesson plans, lessons, and materials to complete learning objectives for group or individual lessons.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet international or local students' interests and learning styles according to their needs.
• Establish and communicate clear lesson objectives and encourage students to explore learning opportunities.
• Create, assign, and grade various assessments and homework for students, including tests, quizzes, essays, and projects.
• Communicate or update regularly with the Academic Head on students’ progress.

Requirements:

• Must complete A Level, Polytechnic, Degree, or higher education.
• Must be able to commit at least ONE weekend (9 am to 6 pm) to work.
• Must have a passion for teaching.

4. Maintain and update staff records. Key in student attendance for part-time and freelance teachers.

5. Tally with the Marketing Manager on the overall student attendance at the end of every month.

6. Pre-order office inventory and maintenance of the officer copier.

7. Scanning of teaching materials into softcopies, like exam papers, assessment books, textbooks, etc.. Manage and backup teaching materials in the server. Assist part-time or freelance teachers in printing lesson materials.

8. Perform any other ad hoc administrative duties assigned by the Marketing Manager and Operation Manager.

Salary:

• Attractive starting full-time salary from $2,300 - $3,000 / Month + CPF (Depending on Qualifications & Work Experience)
• Attractive year-end bonus, if the company does well
• Attractive commission for closing new deals (after training)*

We are an education company providing education training services for the students from 8 to 18 years old. Other than the traditional face to face class, our online lesson platform also give teachers opportunity to teach students all round the world. We are looking for passionate English Teachers to join our team. Main Responsibilities

• Plan lessons and prepare materials before lessons.
• Assign homework to students after every lesson.
• Monitor students’ learning progress periodically with a quiz or test of the things they have learned.
• Provide feedback on student’s performance and behavior monthly or case-to-case basis.
• Execute classroom management for small group lessons.
• Work together with Academic Head to develop new teaching material or review/update current teaching material.
• Take care of students’ safety and ensure they adhere to the regulations of the learning center.

Requirements

• With at least 2 years of relevant teaching experience
• Outgoing personality with good communication skills
