JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Responsible for daily account payable duties.
- Ensure accurate filling and perform general office administration like banking, posting and collection of letters.
- Monitoring/ Managing Payables including issuing of LC, TR, TT and cheque payments.
· Handles all inter-companies’ transactions.
· Prepare and process weekly petty cash claims.
- Assist in other financial matters as required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate in Accounting or related field with at least 2 years related experience respectively
- Working experience in GST and MYOB knowledge will be add advantage
- PC Literate, Excel, Word, preferably interested and good in Accounts
- Able to start work in a short notice.
