Job Description

As a Marketing Intern at IHRP, you will have a unique opportunity to engage in a wide array of marketing initiatives designed to enhance our brand's visibility and engagement within the HR community. From designing informative and appealing graphics to crafting engaging TikTok content and assisting with the coordination of both physical and virtual events, your role will be crucial in amplifying our message and connecting with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Canva to design compelling marketing materials, including social media graphics, promotional flyers, and digital ads, ensuring alignment with IHRP's brand standards and messaging.
• Develop innovative and engaging content for TikTok and other social media platforms, including concept creation, filming, editing, and narrative development, to resonate with our audience.
• Support the execution of physical events and webinars, handling tasks such as venue selection, participant management, and providing on-site assistance.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team on the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and engagement within the HR community.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform content strategies and campaign optimizations.
• Assist in managing our social media presence, including scheduling content, engaging with followers, and contributing to community building.
• Help the marketing team with administrative tasks and other related duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design, particularly with Canva.
• Experience in creating content for TikTok and familiarity with social media content creation and management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a flair for design and storytelling, capable of producing content that engages and informs.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Keen interest in the human resources field, with a desire to contribute to the growth and development of HR professionals.

Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)

Allowance: $800 (Please be aware that the internship will entail CPF contribution)

Key Responsibilities:

Your role within the CCE team involves maintaining strong connections with the HR community and certified professionals.

Your tasks include:

Engaging the HR communities and certified professionals through Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programs:

• To support the planning and executing virtual and physical CPD programs and events
• To support the building of relationships with IHRP certified professionals to provide skills enhancement activities.
• Assist in developing and managing programs for certified professionals to deliver IHRP value proposition.

Creating and managing an online presence through IHRP Connect:

• To support to manage the communication with community through IHRP Connect
• To aid in content creation and updates for IHRP Connect and other platforms
• To support in the monitoring and moderate discussions on IHRP Connect and other communication channels
• Actively monitoring HR trends and developments:
• To support in the research and share insights on current HR and industry transformation trends by conducting data analysis.
• To assist in various tasks as required, contributing to team efforts

Requirements:

• To excel in this internship, you should possess:
• Keen interest in community management with strong sense of responsibility and emotional intelligence
• Familiarity with launching community initiatives, online forums, and event series
• Basic knowledge of Learning & Development activities.

As an intern, you will provide support to the CCE team, assisting in various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of certification products and business operations for IHRP. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

Data Entry and Operations Support

• Assist in data collection, compilation, and maintenance from various sources.
• Support in cleaning, validating, and organizing data for analysis.
• Aid in report development and generation.
• Assist in creating visually compelling charts, graphs, and dashboards.

Project Management Support

• Assist in projects related to certification assessments, preparatory content, and research and insights.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or diploma in any subject.
• Candidates with relevant coursework or experience preferred.

Skills

• Basic proficiency in Excel for data cleaning and visualization tasks.
