Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain products on Amazon (US/Europe), Southeast Asia, and other platforms, including product listing, updates, promotions, and page optimization.
2. Oversee and manage the operations of cross-border e-commerce stores, focusing on traffic acquisition, advertising campaigns, content creation, marketing analysis, and data-driven insights.
3. Develop and execute marketing strategies to improve product rankings and boost sales performance.
4. Ensure compliance with the rules and policies of major cross-border e-commerce platforms.
5. Conduct competitor and market research, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights for business growth.
6. Handle other related tasks as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Proven experience in cross-border e-commerce, with expertise in platforms such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok, Lazada, or similar.
3. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platform rules and significant experience in account management and maintenance.
4. Strong ability to develop sales strategies and adapt to changing market dynamics.
5. Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred to meet local hiring requirements.

1. Assist in developing and expanding overseas markets, gaining exposure to international sales.

2. Support building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying potential clients, and nurturing existing accounts.

3. Contribute to the implementation of the company’s marketing strategies and regional market plans.

4. Gather information on market trends, demand changes, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support team decisions.

5. Participate in domestic and international exhibitions and engage with overseas clients.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Recent graduate or final-year student, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn about relationship management and market dynamics
• Team-oriented, organized, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Positive and energetic, eager to grow in an international sales role
