• Attend and welcome to walk-in customers ensuring they have a positive experience at our outlet.
• Handle inquiries about services, packages, and appointments in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Manage customer's appointment bookings.
• Coordinate schedules for dedicated practitioners.
• Keep the reception area and client waiting areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials (e.g., brochures, refreshments).
• Promote wellness packages, memberships, and special offers to clients.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing system.

About role:

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet and providing administrative support across various departments. This role involves coordinating office activities, managing operational processes, and maintaining efficient systems to enhance productivity and organizational effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to outlets and office.
• Handle procurement activities, including sourcing vendors, obtaining quotations, and negotiating contracts.
• Assist in financial processes, including invoice management, payment processing, and expense tracking.
• Provide updates on cash flow, receivables, and payables.
• Collaborate with the sales team to manage client inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and initiatives.
• Support cross-departmental collaboration to enhance operational efficiency

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration & Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year working experience in similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Job Description:

• Provide relaxing and effective treatment for clients
• Understand client’s needs and recommend suitable services
• Build and maintain trusting long-term client relationships
• Assist in daily store operations
• Maintain tidiness and high hygiene standards
• Evaluate client’s post-treatment review

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year TCM/massage/therapist/beautician/ experience in Singapore
• Possess at least ITEC/ NITEC/ WSQ/ CIBTAC or equivalent Singapore certified massage certification
• Organised & meticulous
• Good team player
• Willing and eager to learn
• Basic computer knowledge
• Available to commit on weekends & public holidays

Job Types: Full Time/ Part time

Remuneration: Basic + Uncapped commission

Working hours: Shift timing, 6 days off/month

Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday, PH 10.30am to 7.30pm

• Evaluate the dietary needs of a client by assessing their health and exercise levels, sleep and food habits etc.
• Clarify information to clients and explain the effects of nutrients on overall health condition.
• Offer counselling and suggest positive alterations in nutrition to address clients’ dietary restrictions.
• Create full and personalised nutrition plans that promote healthy lifestyles base on individual condition.
• Set clear objectives and provide support to clients to help them in their progress.

Job Requirements

• Relevant Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
• At least 1 year working experience in similar role.
• License: Registered with the Singapore Dietitians Association.
