1. Establish new portfolio for the company
2. Develop and maintain good working relationship with new and existing clients. Explore specific needs and anticipate new opportunities
3. Achieve marketing and sales objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations for developing strategic plans
4. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses
5. Forecasting projected business and establishing targeted market share
6. Provides market related information by collecting, analyzing, summarizing data and trends

Education / experience / technical skills required:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Background in shipping company with good industry connections is highly preferred
• Outgoing trait and strong interpersonal skills
• Highly driven Team player with ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
• Proficient in Office 365 including in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Singaporean and Permanent Resident is highly preferred

Main duties and responsibilities

- Assist in vessels accounting data entry.

- Verification and handling of all Accounts Payable invoices and processes.

- Ensure invoices are processed and paid to the supplier on time.

- Assist in reviewing general and administrative expenses (including staff claim/utilities/rental) for the treasury department for payment.

- Verification of banking details of the suppliers when making payment for the first time.

- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
