- Carry out planned inspection, maintenance & servicing of production machinery & equipment.
- Perform in-house troubleshooting, repairs and overhauls of fruits packing / packaging & food processing machinery & equipment including changing of parts.
- Independently find the best possible solutions to fix machinery / equipment breakdowns to minimize production lost time. Senior colleagues will be available for support when needed.
- Perform Calibration, Installation, Commissioning of new packing / packaging machinery / equipment
- Conduct proper technical & operation of machinery / equipment training to operators.
- Maintain machinery and equipment common spare parts inventory at a safety level.
- Keep track of maintenance service agreement renewal with customers
