We are looking for an experienced senior cook for our central kitchen, and she/he shall be:
- Preferably Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Know Knowledge Local Cuisine and halal food.
- Able to work weekend and Public Holiday and night time.
- Take care of their own working station and ensure they are clean and tidy.
- Washing of Own Tray and cleaning of Area in necessary
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
- Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Preparing meat and fish
- Monitoring portion and waste control.
