JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Order processing.
Preparation of shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, etc
Liaison with suppliers on arrivals and related issues.
Monitor vessel arrivals.
Coordinate with forwarders for freight quotations and shipment arrangements.
Handle import/export documents.
Work closely with suppliers on readiness of materials.
Interact with customers on delivery, shipment issues, etc.
Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years working experience in the Shipping/Logistics industry handling shipping documentation and coordination activities.
Able to communicate at all level effectively, both written and verbal.
Able to work effectively within a team or on own initiative.
