Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the HR & Operational Manager
Manage and perform all functions and aspects of HR with focus on the day-to-day administrative duties, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, and the Onboarding and Offboarding of all employees
Assist in other functions such as Benefits Administration, Payroll, Training & Development, and Performance Management
Provide support to line manager(s) and staff on the aspect of disciplinary issues and Company HR policies
Assist in administering HR letters or memos to employees
Assist in managing the HRS system and leave track record
Assist in maintaining the staff docket and employee personal files
Manage the overall application, renewal, and cancellation processes of work passes, including its pre- and post-requisites
Assist in the submission of governmental surveys, enquiry requests and such
Assist in preparing and filing for employee income tax returns, whether IR8A or IR21
Any other HR-related duties and or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma-level qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in Human Resources
Well-verse in computer applications i.e. Microsoft Office, etc.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
