Scope and Purpose

• Support the GRMs in assessing the economic credit risk performance of customers and inactivating the necessary corrective actions
• Support the GRMs by carrying out related administrative and credit activities and taking care ofthe tasks related to the investigation of credit lines
• Support the GRMs in achieving the profitability, commercial and risk objectives of customers,by participating in the preparation of plans and the offer to the relevant customers
• Operationally interact with the relationship structures in Italy and abroad for the relevantcustomers
• Guarantee the quality of the work performed, as well as compliance with deadlines, byintervening operationally in urgent transactions.
• Develop cross-selling opportunities
• Support the coordination with the product structures of the Division during the preparation ofstrategic and commercial plans and the origination of the transactions
• Identify market opportunities to be discussed with customers to support the origination oftransactions, facilitating the activity of GRMs and the various product structures

Required Experience

• 5 years of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking

•  University degree and/or post-graduate degree in economics/ finance.
•  Knowledge and experience in Business analysis
•  Proficiency in computer applications.
•  Good communication skills.
•  Thoroughness and attention to details.

•  Understanding of credit risk analysis and support the preparation of credit papers;
•  Advanced analytical ability to perform financial statement and market analysis;

Job Description

• To manage the (i) liquidity, (ii) interest rate and (iii) FX risks arising from both Treasury and the Corporate units, in coordination with the Head of Treasury – Asia Pacific HUB / senior dealer
• To fund the balance sheet of the Branch and to manage proactively its interest rate, FX and liquidity mismatches, in all authorized currencies, in coordination with the Head of Treasury – Asia Pacific HUB / senior dealer
• To enhance fund rising capabilities in terms of cost of funding and additional and diversified liquidity sources;
• To optimize liquidity management through arbitrage activities using FX and money market products;
• To manage the HQLA bond portfolio held for liquidity purposes, providing a satisfactory return while minimizing price volatility and diversifying the credit risk profile in line with guidelines and policies;
• To manage the bond portfolio currency exposure through FX instruments and its liquidity via money market instruments and repos, with the aim to optimize its funding sources/costs
• To provide assistance to Head Office and to the other functions of the Branch, within the scope of the Desk;
• To provide assistance to the Corporate desks providing the internal transfer pricing;
• To develop analytical and pricing capabilities and to help to devise strategies to effectively manage liquidity and market risks;
• To perform duties within the authorized limits and in line with the code of conduct set in the dealing manual, committing to achieve the annual quantitative and qualitative targets.

Scope and Purpose

• Accountable for the negotiation and execution of project finance mandates and transactions
• Shared responsibility for execution of transactions, including liaison with clients, advisers and internal stakeholders
• Manage and lead the process to obtain credit approvals
• Direct responsibility for actively monitoring and supervising Structured Finance assets throughout their entire life, including performing credit review, waiver & amendment processing, or any other aspect of portfolio administration
• Perform related duties assigned by management, and participate in special projects as required

Required Experience

Over 7 years in structuring and executing Structured Finance (project and acquisition finance) deals

• Proven track record in executing Structured Finance deals in Asia Pacific
• Strong quantitative skills and Legal documentation expertise
• Strong teamwork approach within a small, diversified team
• Network with clients and other banks reflective of the position
• Strong documentation skills under time pressure

• Willing to go the extra mile if required
