Job Description:

As a Warehouse & Logistic Assistant, you will be an integral part of our daily operations. You will provide essential support to ensure the efficient functioning of our warehouse activities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and receive incoming container shipments and documents.
• Loading and unloading of goods and materials on / from container.
• Performing basic quality checks on incoming / outgoing shipments.
• Prepare and schedule delivery.
• Pick and pack to fulfill customers’ orders.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory counts.
• Managing inventory movement (incoming, outgoing and transfer) records and data entry accurately.
• Carry out other logistic tasks or general housekeeping duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

• Physically fit and able to handle heavy loads (up to 25-30kg per item).
• Experience with stacker is a plus.
• Proactive and positive attitude, able to work independently or in groups.
• Be dependable and responsible.
• Naturally energetic, active, sociable and patience.
• IT knowledge (MS Office, Outlook) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Qualifications & experience

1.At least min 5-8 years of experience in the full spectrum of financial and accounting.
2.Candidate with audit experience is advantageous but not a must.
3.Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS), principles and procedures.
4.Candidate should be meticulous, careful and have an independent working style.
5.Candidate with China GAAP knowledge is advantageous but not a must.
6.Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal and analytical skills.
7.Mandarin dialect is essential.

Tasks & responsibilities

1.Handling the overall accounting activities of Singapore Entity.
2.Reporting to the Local Finance Manager.
3.Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing process.
4.Preparation of monthly management reports including analyze financial reports of Singapore and regional entities.
5.Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
6.Prepare and submit quarterly GST return.
7.Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for annual statutory filing.
8.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
9.Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager.
