- Company for Service and Supply of Overseas Industry Customers
- Independent Personnel to Handle Below Daily Activities
- Receiving Customer Purchase Request and Handle Customer's Enquires
- RFQ and Prepare Quotation
- Acknowledge Customer PO and PO to Suppliers
- Handle Export (Invoice, Packing List, CoO, CoC, Airway Bill, B/L and other Exporting Documents)
- Accounts & Book Keeping
- any other add-hoc task as required by management
Requirements
- Detail-Oriented
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin, need to communicate with factories in China
- 1 Year above Relevant Experience
- Working location - 10 Bukit Batok Crescent #14-01, the Spire Singapore 658079
