The successful candidate will be involved in business management and operations support for Technology Group.
Requirement:
- Possess a degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in business management and operations. Preferred experience within a technology function of financial services firm.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights (proven ability to bring order to unstructured problems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion.
- In-depth knowledge of technology areas such as infrastructure and platform services, service management, technology operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software for strategic decision support.
- High level of adaptability, creativity, and strategic thinking to navigate a dynamic business environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and JIRA.
- Independent and highly motivated team player with a positive work attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
