Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Specialist (Product Solutions) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the software industry. This role focuses on driving product sales, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects and clients. You will work closely with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Pipeline Management:
- Build, maintain, and manage the sales pipeline for product sales.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to drive deals forward.
- Provide timely updates on sales cadence and progress to the sales manager.
2. Customer Relationship Development:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, regional partners, and both potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer pain points and business challenges to recommend suitable solutions from the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts and regional partners, maintaining open communication and fostering long-term collaboration.
3. Product Sales Execution:
- Focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets for products and recurring revenue streams.
- Assist in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities for current clients.
4. Collaboration with Technical Team:
- Work closely with the technical team to understand product features and capabilities.
- Leverage technical expertise to address client queries and tailor proposals effectively.
5. Market Intelligence and Reporting:
- Gather insights into market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including progress updates and forecasts.
6.Event and Campaign Support:
- Participate in product demonstrations, marketing events, and promotional campaigns.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1) Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales-related role. Experience in software sales is a strong advantage.
2) Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and meet or exceed targets.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
3) Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software solutions and technology trends is a plus.
4) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
