Job Responsibilities:
- Support with retail operations, stock replenishment, inventory management
- Tagging of jewellery, barcoding
- Daily counting & managing stock
- Candidate must be able to work under pressure to finish their tasks quickly and efficiently and be courteous, tactful, and attentive in dealing with customers in all circumstances in order to deliver excellent service.
- The candidate should be organised, and be able to think and act quickly and effectively while maintaining self-composure.
- Retail sales of gold jewellery
- Reporting discrepancies in high value inventory
- Able to promote & sell products
- Provide good customer service
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HOD
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a fast-paced retail operation
- Passion for people and processes
- Strong, systematic, organized approach to work
- Communication proficiency.
- Organizational skills & attention to detail
