Primary Purpose and Scope

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive growth for our SAP Cloud solutions.
• Drive marketing initiatives that and strengthens ISS position in the SAP Cloud solutions market.
• Craft and execute impactful marketing campaigns aligned with business and sales objectives to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads to drive revenue.

Key Result Areas and Accountabilities

• Strategic Marketing & Campaign Execution
  Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Implement integrated campaigns across digital, social media, email and other relevant channels to maximise brand visibility and achieve sales objectives.
• Demand Generation & Lead Conversion
  Design and execute lead generation campaigns to drive interest and convert leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
• Content Creation & Management
  Create high-quality content for websites, emails, social media, videos, and digital assets to engage and educate target audiences, positioning our solutions as the go-to choice for SAP Cloud solutions.
• Market Research & Analysis
  Conduct market research to identify trends and monitor SAP’s direction and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to capitalise on emerging opportunities. Continuously refine marketing approaches based on insights from market developments, competitor actions, and SAP Cloud innovations. Track and evaluate campaign performance to measure ROI and make data driven decisions to optimise future marketing efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Work closely with sales and customer success teams, as well as external partners, to ensure alignment and maximise the impact of marketing initiatives.
• Customer Success Stories & Case Studies
  Develop compelling customer success stories, case studies, and reference videos to highlight the value of our solutions, boost brand credibility, and demonstrate customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement materials such as presentations, and solution briefs that effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.
• Brand Management:
  Implement effective brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all sales and marketing materials, communications, campaigns, and customer touchpoints, reflecting our unique value proposition and effectively resonating with target customers.
• Industry Engagement, Events & Partnerships
  Participate in industry events and conferences, building strong networks and partnerships to enhance our brand presence within the SAP Cloud ecosystem.

Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years of B2B omni-channel marketing experience, preferably in technology, software or ERP solutions.
• Proven track record in developing and executing result-driven marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in lead generation, demand generation and digital marketing tools (web, email, social media, video).
• Self-starter with a strategic ROI-focused mindset
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to tackle challenges with a learning-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident with strong English proficiency (additional languages a plus).

Nice to Have

• Understanding of SAP Cloud solutions, particularly SAP Cloud ERP systems, and their role in business transformation.

Job Scope:

• Collaborate with SAP specialists to implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition, across various customer projects in multiple industries.
• Contribute to functional and business analysis to support solution configuration and implementation.
• Assist in presales activities by preparing and delivering S/4HANA Cloud demonstrations.

Key accountabilities:

• Support the team in the successful implementation of S/4HANA Cloud functionalities in line with project goals and timelines.
• Actively engage with customers to discuss project updates, address challenges and ensure project acceptance while cultivating strong, ongoing customer relationships.
• Contribute to recommending and designing solutions based on project requirements.
• Document and track project risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolutions and keeping projects on track throughout their lifecycles.

Primary Purpose and Scope

This is an individual contributor-hunter role to identify and develop sales opportunities and generate sales for ISS Data. The role is responsible for conceiving and executing effective selling strategies to build new customer pipeline and foster relationships with existing customers, to win new orders. The role also presents opportunities to acquire, develop and enhance solution selling skills.

Key Results Areas & Accountabilities

• Develop a solid working knowledge and promote ISS Data’s ByDesign and S/4 Hana Public Cloud offerings.
• Drive sales to exceed key performance indicators determined by management.
• Develop and win new business opportunities as well as grow revenue from existing customers.
• Plan and execute activities to consistently generate new leads and improve customer engagement.
• Initiate contact with prospects/customers, prepare proposals, develop and deliver high-quality presentations, conduct consultative meetings to understand customers’ needs, and construct and articulate strong value propositions to customers to win new orders.
• Analyse customers’ business needs and facilitate scope of work discussions between consultants and customers.
• Liaise with ISS Data’s management to ensure the solution and cost competitiveness of proposals submitted.
• Ensure proper and adequate signoff of all requisite documentation including proposals, statement of work and contracts.
• Ensure payment terms are adhered to by customers and follow-up with customers on payment.
• Update sales forecast on a weekly basis and provide regular sales updates/reports.
• Maintain regular and positive relationships with customers and business partners.
• Maintain a detailed and accurate knowledge base of competitors’ activities.
• Contribute to the negotiation of ByDesign and S/4 Hana Public Cloud implementation contracts.
• Represent ISS Data professionally and credibly in customer engagements and industry forums.
• Contribute to the strategic planning of ISS Data’s business development activities and growth plans.

Requirements

Must have:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any field.
• Minimum 2 years working experience selling enterprise solution to customers in Singapore, preferably in cloud ERP.
• Self-starter with proven track record of managing and closing enterprise segment sales using consultative sales approach with solution selling and value selling techniques.
• Skilled in both virtual and in-person presentations with the ability to deliver impactful SaaS product demonstrations.
• Singapore citizen or SPR with strong command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin and other languages/dialects an advantage.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of discreet or process manufacturing, distribution, utilities, energy, healthcare and heavy industries.
• A history of working in Professional Services/Consulting roles.
• SAP Business ByDesign and/or S/4 Hana Public Cloud experience.
• Understanding of IoT, Machine Learning, Business AI, Analytics and RPA.
• Working experience with other SAP cloud or third-party solutions.
• Useful if possess own transport but not essential.
