Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management discipline with minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance, including 2 years in healthcare or

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management discipline with minimum 10 years’ experience in facilities maintenance, including 2 years in healthcare.

• Hold a detailed understanding of building procedures and infrastructure

• Proven experience of having a flexible approach and the ability to work under pressure

• First line responds to all complaints relating to steam boiler system promptly within the agreed KPI.

• Ensure all the works are carried out safely and in accordance with safety procedures
• Ensure all FRC systems are operational within the acceptable limits and are run safely, effectively and economically

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) for status and alarms.
• Attend to the fault equipment alarm for verification.
• Call to vendor for emergency checking if necessary and report status to the team.
• Routine site patrol for M&E systems and direct vendor for work during their visit.
