RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Finance Department
• Assist in cash flow management
• Handle full set of accounts
• Review AP entries
• Review and approve the AP payments and staff reimbursements
• Review AR aging and oversee to ensure that AR collections are up-to-date
• Prepare timely monthly management reports
• Prepare yearly forecast and budget
• Handle commission computation for salesmen
• Review quarterly GST filing preparation and file GST
• Review/ handle BG & LC applications
• Handle government statistics returns
• Prepare tax schedules for certain GL accounts
• Prepare audit schedules for certain balance sheet accounts
• Liaison with external auditor on annual audit
• Liaison with insurance agent for annual insurance
• To do any ad-hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• ACCA/ Degree in Accounting with relevant work experience
• 4 to 5 years of working experience in related field
• Meticulous and Good Positive Attitude
• Strong sense of business acumen
• Analytical skill
• People Manager
• Team-player
• Good communications skills (written and spoken)
