RESPONSIBILITIES

1. BIM Modelling for Architectural Scopes

2. BIM coordination between multi discipline/trades may be required

3. Prepare drawings / BIM Files accordingly to markups and specifications

4. Translate and convert / combine files from difference sources / vendors

5. Review drawings for completeness and accuracy

6. Ensure compliance of quality standards in CAD drawings

7. Visit site for on-site measurement to prepare CSD

REQUIREMENTS

1. 2 Years experience in relevant industry

3. Knowledge and experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks

The Scientific Sales Support and Executive Assistant to the General Manager plays a dual role mainly in facilitating sales operations while providing some essential administrative support to the General Manager. This position involves mainly in coordinating sales activities with some schedule management activities and ensuring efficient communication amongst teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support:Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Division, including sales order processing, generating reports, and preparing quotations.
  Compile and manage tender documents for submission.
  Coordinate and assist in sales and marketing activities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Reporting and Analysis:Generate and analyze sales reports, presentations, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
  Conduct research and compile data for strategic initiatives.
• Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Administrative Support:Assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Communication and Liaison:Serve as a point of contact between the General Manager, Sales Division, and other departments.
  Collaborate with Operations and Finance on internal workflows and processes.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• A university degree or equivalent in a Science-related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant sales support experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of fast-paced and/or complex projects undertaken by ITS Science & Medical in Singapore or regional areas.
• Responsible for project management of infrastructure services supplied/offered by the Company that include, but not limited to hospital infrastructure, animal facilities, laboratory furniture, industrial, schools and other systems.
• Manage ACMV, HVAC system laboratory projects to completion in both Singapore and/or international standard, adhering to quality assurance policies and meeting performance standards
• Liaise with all stakeholders including facility management, architects, M&E consultants on engineering design and user specification, ensuring compliance
• Part-take in project tendering meetings and provide technical advice to tender team
• Prepare and manage project schedule and monitor project activities by project team to ensure compliance to activity execution timeline
• Provide technical support to Support sales team from time to time.
• Ensure Workplace Safety and Health is implemented at site.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering disciplines.
• Experience in ACMV is preferred.
• Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant work experience handling construction projects (designing & management)
• Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage.

• Develop strong technical know-how on products and applications to support and effectively engage prospects and clients

REQUIREMENTS

Incumbent should ideally be from a Product Manager background, experienced in sales related to cleanroom/industrial/pharmaceutical/diagnostics industries. Sales experience is in relations to capital equipment (CAPEX)/ Engineering/integration-related solutions.

• Minimum diploma in Engineering, Biotechnology or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience with strong sales track records with focus on Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical/ Diagnostics (laboratories & hospitals/ R&D Customers/ Academia / F&B/ industrial market verticals
• Experienced in tender and request for quotation (RFQ) preparation and costing
• Present status of sales efforts at periodic Sales meetings
