E-commerce Executive

· Managing, executing and follow up with portals assigned such as online sales, content, delivery, platform campaign management and upkeep of newness in all web-store product catalogue according to company standards
· Ensure stocks are updated and reflected accordingly across all channels.
· Processing online orders from e-commerce platforms.
· Handle all customer related enquiry by email, chat and social media.

• Working under the leadership of the Sales Head.

• Develop new business accounts and expand existing business through proper management of channel accounts.
• Building strong rapport with new and existing accounts.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve (or exceed) committed targets.
• Attend to sales enquires and prepare sales presentations and proposals to clients

• Prepare monthly forecast and sales report.
