Job Responsibilities:
- 12+ years’ experience in Construction or Construction Insurance Consulting
- Construction Estimating
- Advanced Analyze delay claims in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project utilizing Critical Path Methodology (CPM) schedule analysis
- Review and analyze construction claim costs related to Insurance events
- Review construction contracts for terms and conditions applicable to a claim
- Provide updated schedule analysis, including potential timeline impacts and detailed reports
- Strong project management skills
