Job Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping using SAP B1
• AP and AR management
• Collaboration with accounting firms at the time of settlement
• Preparation of materials leading to consolidated financial statements for the Japanese headquarters
• Preparation of board resolutions/report materials (once a quarter)
• Payment procedures (applications via online banking)
• HR/general affairs-related clerical work
• Other ad-hoc work

Job Requirements

• 3 years or more of related work experience
• English proficiency at or above daily conversation level (required for external communication, especially with accounting firms)
• Japanese proficiency at or above business level (required for internal and external communication)
• Communication skills and ability to work in cooperation with others

Other Information

Salary: Monthly S$3,500-$4.200/month

Work Hours: 9：00am ～6：00pm

HR General Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be in charge of full spectrum of the HR function

• Provide support recruiting activities
• Facilitate the implementation and Annual performance review
• Review company policy, benefits
• Manage HR department
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• More than 10 years of HR experience and 5 years management experienc in Singapore.
• Business level of English is a must as required to communicate internal/external.
• Business level of Japanese is a must as required to communicate internal/external.
• Strong leadership skills and self-motivation

Others

• Salary: SGD10k-13k/month (depending on the experience)
• Working hours: Mon-Fri
