Your responsibilities:
- Engage Customers: Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and assist them in finding the right Electric Vehicle to meet their needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our Electric Vehicle variants, including features, options, and pricing to share and educate customers confidently. To be updated on the current industry and market trends.
- Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from test drives to finalizing purchases, ensuring a seamless, positive and exceptional buying experience.
- Customer Service: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing outstanding service before, during, and after their purchase.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Management Teams to achieve sales targets and maintain our dealership’s goals and direction.
Who we’re looking for:
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred, but not required. We provide a comprehensive training programme.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Motivation: A self-starter with a positive attitude, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Focus: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a genuine interest in helping people purchase their ideal vehicle.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and technology to enhance customers’ experience and manage sales processes.
- A valid Class 3/3A driving licence.
