JanjiRide is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Mechanic to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality bicycle full servicing and repair according to our service package for all kinds of bikes (mountain, folding, hybrid and road bikes).
- Fantastic hospitality—a warm, approachable manner, great listening skills, and a drive to help in any way you can—even on the toughest, busiest days
- Good communication skills
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop
- Listening to customers, identifying problems, developing and proposing solutions as well as providing quotes.
- Record all work carried out on bikes + update the database.
- Keep the inventory of the workshop updated.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bicycle mechanic preferred
- Strong knowledge of bike components and repair techniques
- Impressive attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Passion for cycling and the local biking community
- A 'can-do' attitude
- Team player
- A desire to continually learn proper service methods and new technologies
