Key responsibilities

•  To act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls

Job Description:

• Manpower requisition - Source, screen, and interview applicants through various hiring platforms.
• Apply, issue, renew, and cancel work passes for foreign workers. Follow up with pre-approval documentation and procedures, e.g., medical, security bond purchase etc.
• Administer staff confirmation and facilitate the performance evaluation process, including issuing of HR related forms.
• Handle employees’ HR related queries and disciplinary matters
