Job Description:
Develop a Strategic Manufacturing and Operations Plan that supports productivity and financial goals.
Responsible for improving regarding costs, quality, delivery, cycle time and asset management through Lean practices.
Provide leadership and guidance to senior management and project teams throughout the project’s lifecycle
Collaborate with stakeholders, including board members, investors, government agencies, and contractors.
Develop and enforce project schedules ensuring milestones are met and budgetary constraints are respected
Act as the key spokesperson for the project to all external stakeholders, including investors, government agencies, and the community.
Ensures familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately applies policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, security, quality and environmental), and functional policies published within Rockwell Automation.
Creates, motivates and leads cross-functional teams across the organization to achieve the objectives of the company.
Fosters culture of teamwork which values employee engagement among diverse workforce within the facility and the business as a whole
Lead systemic approach to workforce planning and succession planning, including identification and development of top talent
Job Requirements:
10+ years of experience developing expense and capital budgets and managing financial performance.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Experience in Power Plant industry is an advantage
