We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager for Asia to join our fast-growing and high-performing international team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional marketing plan to generate leads and contribute to the sales pipeline. This role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution, including measuring performance.
- Formulate and drive Asia marketing strategies tailored to each country.
- Plan, execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns using demand generation tactics
- Oversee marketing budget utilization with clear tracking of KPIs for each initiative.
- Collaborate direct sales and partner management to drive demand-generation activities across Asian countries (APAC countries excluding ANZ)
- Grow brand awareness, increase lead engagement, build pipeline and improve customer acquisition and retention by using various online and offline marketing tools and guide our prospective customers throughout their entire journey.
- Work closely with global marketing colleagues, cross-functional teammates, partners and external vendors to ensure the success of marketing activities.
- Own the measurement and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, monitor and track relevant KPIs to continuously optimise marketing activities & budget.
- Provide regular, data-driven reports on the results of campaigns & activities
Your Profile
You are a marketing professional with excellent organisational and project management skills, driven by creativity and a hands-on attitude. You are a fast learner, flexible, and responsive to changing business needs. As a strong team player, you work effectively in an international team environment.
- Ability to work effectively and independently with all levels of management and functional disciplines
- Proven experience in developing and executing regional marketing plans
- Experience in independently driving customer events, either direct sales or with partners
- Proficient in Digital marketing (Google AdWords, LinkedIn)
- Hands-on experience working with Marketing tools and CRM systems – Hubspot, Salesforce, WordPress
- Proven track record in measuring, analysing, and reporting on marketing activities to understand the contribution to pipeline and to evaluate marketing effectiveness/return on investment
- Own and drive internal stakeholders and channel partners to build joint marketing programs and increase partner-sourced contributions to the business
- Flexibility to work across different time zones
- Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills.
- 4-6 Years of experience in marketing B2B SaaS/Technology solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
