Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Assistant HR Manager in carrying out daily HR & administrative functions.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews for recruitment purposes.
- Organize and maintain employee personal files and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining records such as time attendance, employee information, training details, leave records and claims through the Infotech HR system.
- Provide support for onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, workstation setup, stationery, uniforms, exit interviews, IT set up..etc
- Update employees’ insurance information and address any employee queries related to medical insurance claims.
- Provide general office administrative support, including tasks such as ordering stationary, company T Shirts, updating vehicles' insurance & vehicle inspection & road taxes, and replenishing office supplies & pantry items.
- Provide support to office IT related matters as and when required.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Business, HR, or Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and other employment-related legislation and regulations.
- Experience with using Infotech HR System will be highly preferred.
- Willing to learn, independent & hardworking.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Good communication skills.
