· Assist with project management such as project progress, monitoring and site
supervision.

· To carry out coordination and liaisons with all relevant parties.

· Conduct project site inspection.

· Assist project engineer to co-ordinate & carry out all works assigned.

· Need to plan, Schedule and arrange the worker to complete the work.

· Responsible to assess progress claim and to report to management.

· Coordinate and supervision of the team and assist in technical aspects of construction.

· Checking and monitoring of work and site progress according to schedules.

· Liaise with project engineer on all the coordination shop drawings.

· Need to communicate with workers regarding project progress.

· Provide regular reports to the Project Management on the progress of overall works in assigned projects.

· Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions.

· Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

· Able to work in pressure and in shifts/PH if required to complete the project.

• Able to read from blueprints & drawings and work to the specifications given by construction supervisors or architects.
• Cuts and shapes structures, forms, or other fixtures from wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall.
• Experiences in using various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects.
• Builds or fabricate structures from raw materials, removal and repairs defective structures using various tools.
• Joins materials with the most appropriate nail, screw, staple, or adhesive.
• Ensures the accuracy of work by checking completed projects with tools such as levels, surveying equipment, or framing squares; corrects problems as needed.
• Produce quality works and rectify works to meet cleints' expectations.
• Adheres to safe work practices and guidlines to ensure safe work environment.
• Able to work independently and meet the given schedules.

• Te report to planning manager on planning and excution of project based work.
• To be involved in the development and control of Project Work Schedule, such as building works, M&E and Process Systems from concept design to construction/installation to testing and commissioning
• To calculate/estimate the duration of each significant construction activity and the resource requirements
• To prepare technical submissions for all tender submissions
• To be involved in site planning, work schedule and monitoring site implementation progress
