Job Description:
• To manage and lead the whole of office operation.
• To lead a team of salesman to achieve annual sales and revenue targets.
• Develop new clients, handle existing accounts and customers, and promote company's brand, products and solutions in retail and chain store market.
• Proactively involved in strategic planning, both long term & short term, to strengthen currently active markets and to explore & develop new markets.
• Provide statistical analysis and suggestions to management for the dynamic market trend.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistic colleagues to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments are received from clients.
• Process purchase and sales orders.
• Prepare periodic reporting.

• Degree holder or above major in sales & marketing experience
• Minimum 5 years solid retail lighting and chain store channel experience in a managerial capacity MUST.
• Excellent leadership communication and presentation skills;
• Aggressive and ability to work independently.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken in English and Mandarin.

Working Hours: Monday To Friday 8.15am – 6.00pm
Salary: $2800-$3300


Job Scopes:
• Assist in preparation of quotation and all incoming sales enquiry matters.
• Assist in following up of sales requisite form, sales order, delivery note and goods receipt.
• Follow progress of quotation and sales order with customers regularly.
• To coordinate with site representative on all project and site operation.
• To coordinate and liaise with Main Contractor and make necessary reports and recommendations to the management on the contractual works.
• Assist to plan/monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide general administrative duties as required by the department.
• All related tasks and duties assigned by Management.

• Must have experience and on-the-job-training will be provided.
• Able to operate in Microsoft office like Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.
• Able to read architect or engineering drawing.
